Drove up to Hunter for weekend and turbo played up on the motorway; popped it into Cessnock Hyundai and they were great, fixed it up in 15 mins and even fixed some loose wiring - all free of charge; awesome customer service from Carl on the service desk and Matt in the workshop.
We bought a Hyundai Tucson brenew its was in poor condition scratches under door handles scratch on rear door they tried fixing it but still visible and told me they want nothing else to do with the car and I'd have to fix it myself . They loved us we handed over $36500 for the car and after market chic accused me of scratching the car . I do not reccomend this dealership to any one . I'm taking the matter up with Hyundai them selves far as I'm concerned cessnock Hyundai are a snake in the grass .
Today I had my car speakers replaced, this was my first visit to Hyundai cessnock. What a friendly service inspired group. Whilst waiting I was treated with endless Cappuccino's whist my young son indulged himself with hot chocolates, drawing facility's & television... The time flew.... My sound system is now perfect as was their service I cannot recommend this business more highly.... I will return Thank you Hyundai cessnock you are on the ball!!
