Dentist are very competent but business is geared towards extracting maximium cash from pocket. Attempted to stretch root canal over 3 visits instead of the usual 2 and slipped in an expensive scan without asking. I made the mistake of telling them I was paying cash instead of claiming on a health fund. A health fund would have pulled them up on the over-servicing.
A very welcoming practice, great staff, clean and comfortable environment. A trip to the dentist can make any one feel on edge but not at the happy tooth. Our daughters 7 & 9 have been going there for the past 5 years. As a family we travel from the central coast and can not speak highly enough of the happy tooth practice and the easy going, caring staff that make us all feel at ease. Well done!
ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC, can not praise this business, their staff and their practices highly enough. Professional and caring, make patients feel at ease, make children enjoy seeing the dentist. Bright happy clean rooms and a TV above each chair for either the patient or their accompanying children to watch as a distraction from what might otherwise be a little scary. 10 stars out of 5!
