Visit at least 3 times a week. Great staff. I just wish they got more products like other big w.

Always enjoy Cessnock Big W staff are lovely and helpful. Could be more on the registers but that's the companies fault. Its takes away jobs by having self serve, greedy companies they make a motza yet don't support the working population especially kids wanting to earn after school and weekends. Rights of passage I say!!!!

Great place to shop.Clean, tidy, and cheap.Staff always welcome you in.
