We had a great experience dealing wth Liz at Eagles Cessnock. She went out of her way to assist with our enquiry in finding all of our requirements unique to our Hampton style bathrooms. From taps to vanities to the plugs and beyond. She is a professional through and through, and very patient. The only downside is she is only available 3 days a week. Such a shame for the business she isn't there 5 days.
It's to much work for the staff ( manager)To place a order, he can't be bothered , to much work and effort to make a simple phone call and place a order. The best part is they sell the brand they couldn't be bothered ordering.
