I rang up and asked for an appointment to get my kid's fringe cut. I was told just to come to the shop before 2pm. We arrived at 1245 and when I entered, the girl at the counter told me that she had another person waiting and that she didn't know what was going on because the appointments had been moved on the computer. When I explained that I had been told just to come in without an appointment the girl said again that she didn't know what was going on, fiddled with the computer for a minute then just walked away. Really poor service!
Had a style cut today. I love the cut which was done by their 1st year apprentice. The owner stayed with her throughout. I am very fussy with my hair so I would definitely recommend this hair salons. The staff are very obliging. The shop was immaculate and the price very reasonable. I will definitely be going back .Well done ladies.

Booked an appointment for my boys for a hair cut. I didnt realise there was a new owner. Had to wait two hours only to receive the worst hair cuts I have ever seen and then to be charged more than my regular hairdresser. Had to take them to my regular hair dresser to fix up what she described as a very unprofessional disaster. I will never go back there again!
Really like this salon. Lovely staff, down to earth and skilled. Excellently priced $45 for a shampoo, massage, cut, blow dry and straighten.
