Always lots of choices. Can find what you need, good identification of what's in the aisles. Still shortstaffed maybe the time of day. Staff helpful and friendly
The lack of counter staff, and the wait to be served is ridiculous in this day and age, even the self serv was not operating, which sullied an otherwise good shop.
I love Bunnings, but due to the extremely hot weather we've been having I prefer the Heatherbrae store because it has air conditioning... Yes it's 45 minutes out of my way..
Absolutely wonderful. We were fixing our car in the parking lot and every single member that walked out the door at close came up and asked us if we were ok. They even gave our son a teddy bear, 2 bottles of water and some lollies. We cant thank them enough for their concern and for our sons little treats, he cherishes the Teddy and devoured the lollies.Just so all the concerned employees know, we got the car fixed and arrived home safely.
Different to other Bunnings Warehouse outlets. This one actually has some order to it. A great outdoor section puts the cherry on top. Next time you watch Better Homes and Gardens and you want to do one of the projects, go to Bunnings at Cessnock and you'll find everything you need.
