They are more interested in what you do with your spare money after you pay your rent. You need to earn way to much money to rent from them. Even after proving rent can be paid due to rental history and good income.

THE rudest "professionals" i have ever encountered. When supplying photographic evidence of the "dirty" house that i left close to perfect it was a close up picture of thw corner of a skirting board. They take you to court for EVERYTHING then refuse or ignore you when you ask for itemised bills. Money hungry snobby women i have never dealt with a real estate like this in my life.0 stars if i could.
