Great value for money. Room could have more light, a reading lamp would be great. Otherwise a bath mat for the shared bathrooms would be helpful.
Great atmosphere, food was reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. Great selection of drinks available and moden TAB facilities. Staff and owners were very friendly and welcoming. Pool table in the bar and ping pong table in the beer garden made it a great place to come and have a good time
It's old but it is clean. The rooms are looked after. The toilets and showers are communal but great. One shower rose would have to be 12 inches in diameter. My whole family from NZ said it was great. Steve the barman was great. Lorry the manager, please don't smile, your face might Crack.
Good pub fair at reasonable prices. Love the outdoor eating and kids area, very welcoming for our big family that was looking forward to a good meal somewhere not too loud so we could catch up. The house red was the best I've ever had. Plenty of great beers on tap too.
Great service. Friendly atmosphere. Decently priced drinks but do yourself a favour & head to this hotel for a meal. Myself & a few others met up & stayed a few hours. So decided to order some for the finger food. Which was absolutely delicious. However I couldn't help but watch every meal come out of the kitchen. Great portions, good prices & all looked absolutely divine. I'll certainly be heading back for dinner very soon.
