Waited over an hour in the waiting room only to have the doctor rudely check his watch numerous times rather than listen to the issues presented. Dont go here if you have actual medical issues, find a real doctor, not someone who just wants to bill for you showing up.
21 years today, I have been with this practice. They have been instramental in caring for me throughout this time and I firmly believe Dr Holly saved my life. Presenting to the surgery with chest pain, Dr Holly put me into his car and took me to Cessnock Hospital, sure enough I was in the midst of a heart attack. Had this great doctor not got me to help asap I may not be review here.
Became a patient recently after feeling incredibly ill, urgently called many other clinics to hear they couldnt book any times for the next few days. Called cumberland clinic and i was booked in 15 minutes later with no wait. Very friendly and understanding staff thank you!
All round great experience, from the moment I walked to the reception desk - to in the surgery, very polite staff. No wait time, was seen to straight away. I think its great they Medicare rebate on the spot also. Cannot recommend Dr Michelle Chan enough.
Usually never have a problem, today I was seen by Dr holly to get my scan results only to have him take two phone calls from other patients while I was in his room. Meanwhile my appointment was at 4:20 I didnt get into his room till 5! He finally read my report only to tell me I need to see an ENT but he is too busy as he has 5 other patients in the waiting room to print out a referral and to come back Monday and get the referral. I asked why cant I just get a referral now, his answer Im too busy, I said why was I given an appointment then if your booked out just for you to print out my Scan results that I could of collected myself without seeing the doctor. I then went on to ask about another matter I needed to address and he cut me off and said Im too busy for this you need to come back Monday!! Seriously why was I given an appointment just to be told to come back after the weekend? I have three small children and to get to the doctors isnt the easiest task to do! I wasnt happy with todays experience most of the girls at the front desk are always polite and welcoming and the doctor I usually see is great but today was just unacceptable
