Distressed after being in a major car accident. Left feeling much worse after seeing female Doctor.
Disgusting service by female doctor. Flat refusal for request for xray from her, told to go elsewhere. Service by doctors has gone from bad to worse in this place . Rude and ignorant.Update. Rudeness and ignorance has been justified as "doctors discretion " . Pathetic .
Absolutely terrible! Got there before my appointment time which was 3pm. At 3.40 I asked how much longer and was told I was next. Then another 4 people went in. Finally was called in and was told that for what i booked for I couldn't do because it would need a longer booking time even though I specifically told receptionist what i was making the appointment for when i booked it!!!! Appalling!
The doctors are amazing and they are very understanding and love to help get you better
Appalling time management - consistently at least 30 mins late regardless of day or time of appointment. Appear indifferent to patient pain or stress and work like automatons.
