Very comfortable and quiet stay. The owner rang us not long after we left to tell us we left my wife's necklace in the room. Am very grateful for his honesty
Pros: Decent place to stay over night. We stayed in a family room which had one double bed and two singles. There was a Little couch for two, a Microwave, a mini fridge, electric kettle, an iron and iron board. There is a ceiling fan and an air conditioner. Bathrooms are spacious. Cons: Air Conditioning is old and takes a while to kick in. Cockroaches in the bathroom.
Affordable accommodation. Good amenities at reasonable price. Easy access to town shopping centre, eateries and Hunter Valley information centre. Friendly staff. Not very modern amenities, but clean.

Very handy location while attending a family function nearby. Rooms were a good size, the bed was very comfortable and staff were very friendly. I was surprised that we had a microwave in the room, which was a bonus on top the ample provisions provided. It was nice to be able to choose between air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Not a top market place, but very comfortable and would happily return if needed.
