Awful vets felt belittled by the veterinarian himself and got an overall sense they cared alot more about the money then they did about the animals wellbeing. Will not be going back
After an awful experience at the other vet in town, I am now extremely protective of my fur-babies. To walk in and be content in the safety and love my babies receive from each and every staff member in this place is exactly what my little family need. They are up front and honest in regards to my babies and the problems they have (and are even happy to admit when they cant understand why one of my babies was having the issues she was), they have endless amounts of time (although that may not be the case, they surely make you feel like they do) to explain things to you, I have never once felt judged or belittled for my choices in caring for my cats and nothing calms a stress head fur-mum like seeing a stranger instantly love your baby whilst providing them that little extra comfort. I am now preparing for a second one of my babies to have surgery here, which is as daunting as anything, but I know I would not trust anyone but the vets here to do the job. These guys will be my only vet for as long as I or my family have fur-family.
Took my dog here for his entire life. When the time came at 14 to let him go they were compassionate and understanding with how they handled the situation.
Best vet I have ever encountered! The staff here, from reception to the vets themselves always seem to be willing to go the extra mile to make you and your pet comfortable with their services. I highly recommend this clinic.
