Personally, at the very least, I expect sympathy and professionalism from medical practitioners, whether they treat people or our beloved pets. This vet lacks both. Whilst there is appeal to visit here for the cheaper rates, my brief visit into this clinic, prompted me to go elsewhere.

They were our usual vet for our 4 fur babies. One of our dogs got sick, we took him to get a check up and with out blood tests or any other sign apart from a fast heart rate, was basically told to rush him to Sydney to see a specialist for his heart because of his breed. This was a year old puppy that had no problems before hand. We had people telling us to get s second opinion. So we rush him to an emergency clinic, who run blood tests, xrays and ultrasounds. Within 24 hours, notified us that he had an infection which was shutting his kidneys down and by that state the damage was irreversible. He was at a vet within 24 hours of being sick. Then it was another 24 hours before finding out what wrong as he was wrongfully diagnosed in the first place. Within 4 days of him becoming sick we had to put our poor baby boy down. If he was diagnosed earlier he would've had a better chance of survival.
