They aren't fair dinkum! Early December did a second time visit to Cessnock Express Lube for oil change and wanted to use the deals on their EL Loyalty card. They took the Loyalty card on dropping car in, and then charged me for an engine flush ($50) and didn't give the loyalty discount or the card back, which had other deals on it. Was made to pay by Eftpos before being handed the receipt, found out I was robbed when I got home and looked the receipt over. Not worth the wasted time on a phone call to follow it up, as I wont be back.
poor service and high prices.office person doesn't explain what ur being charged for when u drop car off.only when she is telling you how much you owe.couldn't get parking so parked in woolies and was.told to drive my car over to them as there mechanics have no time to look for my car in car park.bit hard when there's no parking left :)
Very great service, Fast and highly skilled, Very Polite and helpful. Was able to get my Car in for 2 new tyres and a wheel alignment for a very good price
Great customer service, the guys really took the time to explain the service to me and am loving my new 4x4 tyres
Not very happy with my visit. I feel that the cost of my service and tyres was overpriced. Also, they left a large, rectangular cap from, Im guessing the air filter, on top, just near my window wipers. I noticed it was there the next morning (lucky it was still there and didnt fly off) and returned to the shop to have a person fit it (he wasnt too confident about where it came from as he said he wasnt the one who took it out). Also, when I reverse and turn, my car makes a loud, grinding sound which it didnt make before. The employee there said that if it gets worse, then come and see him. I just cant seem to find a good mechanic around here.
