Had a service done here.* Service book didn't get filled out* Parts were missing from back wheels (7 bolt covers), I wasn't told.* When I went in to tell them, they said my parts were in an employees toolbox which couldnt be unlocked. No apology given.They said they'd call me several days later when the employee is back.* I don't get a call, so I call them and the parts are there.* I find out the real story, a couple of bolt covers were snapped while being replaced after the service so the employee was not confident enough to put the rest on, so more were ordered.* Everyone makes mistakes and I understand that but this business was not apologetic or honest with me. I'm just glad I noticed the missing parts because they would not have told me otherwise.
